The RFQ System
How You Get Matched with Brands
The CPA's RFQ system works in both directions — brands submit requirements, and the system matches them to qualified member manufacturers.
As a CPA member, you build a detailed capability profile — product categories, minimum order quantities, certifications, equipment, capacity, and geographic preferences.
When brands submit RFQs, the system automatically matches their requirements against your capability profile. You only receive leads that genuinely fit your production parameters.
Matched RFQs are routed to you for response. These are qualified, serious brands — not cold inquiries. They've described their needs in detail and are actively seeking a production partner.
Engage with matched brands, conduct facility tours, submit quotes, and convert RFQ leads into long-term production relationships. The Alliance relationship brings ongoing lead flow.
